iThemes -- WordPress Commercial GPL Themes? Really?

iThemes is listed on wordpress.org as one of their "commercial GPL" theme providers. However, I'm finding it very difficult to find anything on their site stating this licenses. What I do find a lot though, is this:

That begs the question...why would a GPL theme need a "Multiple Use License"?
